Rialto Mardi Gras - Joliet, IL (February 15, 2003)

Just a note to tell you guys how much our party enjoyed your performance at the Feb. 15th Mardi Gras at the Rialto Theatre in Joliet, IL (quite an impressive venue, isn't it?). Having grown up in the Midwest, I'm intimately familiar with the "Chicago Sound." ...BUT... having been schooled in the South (that's right - LSU in the early 70's!) I know there's something to be said for "Southern Soul" in music. You guys are the "real deal" - the perfect combination! Mike, if I could belt a tune like you I'd quit my day job!!

Thanks for making our evening a truly memorable one! Hope to have the opportunity to hear you guys again!

Matt & Christy Bennett Wedding (September 7, 2002)

The Mike Veal band was an integral part of making our wedding reception a huge hit! Each member of the band offers up incredibly distinct talent making for an incredible group. Beyond their musical capabilities, they are each friendly, professional, and accommodating to a bride's last minute changes. The atmosphere they created for our reception is one we will never forget. Mike and his guys know how to keep the party rocking! We couldn't thank them enough for their amazing performance. We have probably had at least 10 phone calls since returning from our honeymoon asking, "Where did you find that band? and Where can we see them?" We can honestly say that of all the things chosen for our wedding, the Mike Veal Band was the best choice made. Thanks for the memories!!
